01Who we are

Atlas Creatives is a brand owned and operated by Nadflair Agency LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Nadflair”, “Atlas Creatives”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Nadflair Agency LLC is the parent company responsible for this website and for the personal information described in this policy.

02What this policy covers

This policy applies to personal information we collect through atlascreatives.co (the “Site”), through enquiries you send us, and in the course of providing our creative services to clients. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, which have their own policies.

03Information we collect

Information you give us

• Enquiry form: your name, company name, email address, the services you're interested in, budget range, timeline and the message you write.
• Direct contact: anything you include when you email, call or message us, including your phone number.
• Client projects: information needed to deliver and bill your project, such as contact and billing details, brand assets, written content, images and account access you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the date and time of each request. This is used for security and to keep the Site running.
• Enquiry security: when you submit the enquiry form, we record your IP address and the time of submission to detect spam and prevent abuse of the form.

We do not collect payment card numbers through this Site.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals and quotes
• To deliver, manage and support the services you engage us for
• To issue invoices, receive payments and keep business and tax records
• To communicate with you about your project, including by email and phone
• To protect the Site, our business and our clients against spam, fraud and misuse
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We only send marketing emails to people who have agreed to receive them or who are existing clients, and every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.

05When we share it

We share personal information only where needed to run our business, and only with:

• Service providers who process it on our behalf — including website hosting, email, telephone, file storage, project-management, CRM and payment-processing providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us.
• Our team members and contractors working on your project, who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers, where necessary.
• Authorities, where required by law, court order or to protect rights, safety and property.
• A successor business, if Nadflair Agency LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

06Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use tracking pixels or sell data to advertisers.

Some content on the Site is delivered by third-party providers: fonts are served by Google Fonts, and the homepage animation is delivered by UnicornStudio through the jsDelivr content network. When your browser loads that content, those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information as part of delivering it, under their own privacy policies.

Because we don't track you across websites, we don't change our practices in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals — there is nothing for them to switch off.

07International transfers

Nadflair Agency LLC is based in the United States, and our team includes members who work from outside the United States. Your information may therefore be accessed from or stored in countries other than your own. Wherever it is handled, we protect it as described in this policy, and team members access it only as needed for their work and under confidentiality obligations.

08How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Client project and billing records: for as long as needed to deliver and support the project, and then for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements.
• Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.

09Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site and restricted access to enquiry records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we will notify you as required by law if a breach affects your information.

10Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• know what personal information we hold about you and obtain a copy of it
• correct information that is inaccurate
• ask us to delete your information
• opt out of marketing communications at any time
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — although we do neither

We honor these requests for everyone, regardless of which state or country you live in. To make a request, email frank@atlascreatives.co with the subject line “Privacy Request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we aim to respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

11Visitors outside the US

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases: to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform that contract; our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and responding to enquiries; and compliance with legal obligations. You also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

12Children

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

13Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page.
